Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues. If your package is lost, you will need to file a claim directly with UPS.

All orders are shipped fresh and securely packaged. We use UPS for all shipments, and tracking information will be provided once your order is sent out.

Once your package has been dropped off with UPS, it is out of our control. For tracking updates or delivery issues, please contact UPS directly.
