Refund policy

All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we don’t offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged, email uglystuffedcookies@gmail.com. Include your order number and last name in the subject line. In the email, attach a photo of the damage and your tracking number. Once we receive everything, we’ll file a claim and send you a replacement.
